Service Description

Day 1 Meet everyone else at our starting point in Verbier. Later in the afternoon we check all the equipment, discuss the weekly schedule and do some last minute shopping. Day 2 We start our week with the local cable cars to avoid a few meters of altitude. We then head east on beautiful trails to a mountain hut at a high altitude, where we will spend the night. To get there we cross a peak that is up to 2500 meters high. Day 3 A special treat awaits you this morning: a descent of more than 1000 meters into the valley. After we have reached the lowest point, we take the shuttle up to 1900 meters. From here you will pedal along a beautiful lake before the long hike begins. You'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of glaciers and some of the highest peaks in the Alps. Tonight we will stay in a hotel with all amenities. The highest point will be a mountain pass at almost 3000 meters. Ascent: 1100 meters, length: 29 km Day 4 With over 1000 meters of ascent and an even longer descent, this is the longest day of our tour. The impressive singletrack we will ride on our way down is well worth the effort. Highest point over 2800 meters. Uphill: 1450 meters, length: 33 km Day 5 On Wednesday we start the day with a gondola ride and leisurely pedalling. After that, we face a 600m ascent, which is mostly tackled by pushing and carrying the bike. Arriving at the pass at 2800 meters above sea level, a trail opens up for us, which begins rocky and loose and ends after a long downhill in the coniferous forest. We meet a lonely hotel in a wonderfully lonely valley. Uphill: 700m, distance: 25km Day 6 After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we leave the beautiful valley and make our way to the next pass. The first stretch can be mastered by driving. After the first few hundred meters of altitude, however, you push and carry. Then comes the longest descent of the week. From 2800 to 600 meters above sea level in one trip. The hotel for the night is at 1900 meters above sea level and can be reached by gondola. Uphill: 1100m, distance: 35km Day 7 The final day has everything from technical sections to long flowing descents where we hit some of our guides' favorite trails. We drive to Brig with its beautiful old town where we will spend the last night and enjoy the good local food. Ascent: 1200 meters, length: 35 km Day 8 The return trip to the airport or parking lot is guaranteed. CHF 2500 per person A minimum of 5 participants is required to run this tour.
